1. General

By placing an order with Blooms by Sara, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These apply to all orders placed in-store, online, or via social media.

2. Orders & Payments

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all social media and custom orders.

• Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to pickup or delivery.

• We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order that has not been secured with a deposit.

3. Custom Orders

• Custom bouquets require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

• Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability.

• By placing a custom order, you agree to trust our design process based on your selected colors and style preferences.

4. Delivery & Pickup

• Local delivery is available throughout Bridgeport and surrounding areas.

• Delivery pricing is based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.

• We also offer out-of-state shipping for select arrangements.

• In-store pickup is available during business hours.

5. Product Availability

All arrangements are subject to flower availability. In the event that specific flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your arrangement. Any concerns must include clear photographic evidence.

7. Additions & Extras

Add-ons such as balloons, candles, teddy bears, and custom details are subject to availability. Substitutions of equal value may be made if necessary.

8. Event Bookings

Blooms by Sara offers space for private bookings including small events, luncheons, and seminars.

• We provide the space, setup, and overall experience

• Food and catering are not included unless otherwise agreed

• Additional details and terms will be discussed at the time of booking

9. Limitation of Liability

Blooms by Sara is not responsible for:

• Delays due to external factors (traffic, weather, etc.)

• Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

• The condition of products after pickup or completed delivery

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States.
